1. Collection of your Personal Identifiable Information
Scout may collect personal identifiable information, such as your:
Information about your following accounts: Gmail, StockX, BotBroker, Discord, and GOAT.
When you purchase Scout's product, we will collect your billing and credit/debit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction; however, we DO NOT store your billing and credit/debit card information.
Scout may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your (i) age, (ii) gender, (iii) grade level. We may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.
We encourage you to review the Privacy Policies of websites you choose to link to from Scout so that you can understand how those websites collect, use and share your information. Scout is not responsible for the Privacy Policies or other content on websites outside of the Scout Site. For your convenience, we have added the links to the other companies listed above.
2. Use of your Personal Identifiable Information
We collect and use your personal identifiable information to operate our Site and deliver the services you have requested. We may also use your personal identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Scout and its affiliates. Scout may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that we may offer.
We do not sell, rent or lease our customer database to any third-parties.
Scout may share data, except for data received from Google APIs, with trusted partners including, without limitation, the companies listed in Section 1 above, to help perform statistical analysis, send you emails, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third-parties are prohibited from using your personal identifiable information except to provide these services to Scout, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your personal identifiable information.
Scout may keep track of the section or pages you visit within the Scout Site, in order to determine what Scout services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within Scout to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.
Scout will disclose your personal identifiable information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (i) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Scout or the Site and/or iOS app; (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of Scout; and (iii) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of the Scout Site and/or the iOS app users, or the general public.
Scout uses your Gmail data solely to provide you with the service of auto importing purchases, expenses, and packages into Scout. Your restricted data will solely be transmitted when being displayed to you, to comply with applicable laws, or as a part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets of the developer. Your Gmail data will never be used to serve you advertisements. Employees and developers of Scout will never see your Gmail data unless we obtain your express consent, it's necessary for security purposes, to comply with applicable laws, or for anonymized use in internal statistic reporting.
Scout's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy including the Limited Use requirements.
3. Automatically Collected Information
Information about your computer/smartphone hardware and software may be automatically collected by Scout. This information can include: Your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the Scout services, to maintain quality of our services, and to provide general statistics regarding the use of the Scout Site and/or the iOS app.
One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. The purpose of the cookie is to tell the web server that you have returned to a specific page. For example, if you personalize the Scout pages, or register with Scout Site, a cookie helps Scout to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of recording your personal information, such as billing addresses, shipping addresses, and so on. When you return to the Scout Site, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the Scout Site features that you customized.
You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. If you browse the Scout Site after viewing our cookies and tracking disclaimer, we assume you consent to track your session and Site usage data. When your personal identifiable Information (such as your credit/debit card number) is transmitted through our Site, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Protocol.

Scout does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of 13. If you are under 18, you may use Scout only with the express written permission of a parent or guardian.
